Roast is a casual all-day eatery serving up hearty, comforting dishes and delicious coffee!
Our food are made with the freshest ingredients possible. We make most everything we serve in-house by our team of chefs, bakers, coffee roasters, and baristas who love what they do and enjoy doing it day in and day out.
In 2007, we opened the very first branch of Roast at SeenSpace. This was our first home where we invited the community to come and enjoy good comfort food, delicious drinks and great conversations with friends and family.
Not long after and just in time for the launch of the fourth issue of our menu, we opened the second branch of Roast at EmQuartier and moved our home from SeenSpace to theCOMMONS Thonglor.
Keeping ourselves aligned with our ethos, we opened a sister grab-and-go brand, Daily Roast at Bhiraj at EmQuartier to provide busy urbanites with delicious coffee and quality, wholesome bites that are fresh, fast, and always crafted with care.
2019 marks our eighth year of Roast and possibly the most exciting yet! Not only have we launched an all-new menu, issue 6, and opened a new branch closer to the city center, we have also joined theCOMMONS at Saladaeng so we can share more of life's simple pleasures with everyone.

Our team is at the very heart of what we do and keeping them challenged, happy and inspired is important.
It humbles us to see people take such pride in their work and we are grateful to be surrounded by such passion and dedication. When we talk about people, it is not only the talented chefs and friendly service staff who we think of. But rather, it’s everyone from the amazing laundry staff who wash and fold hundreds of napkins each day to our dish washers, purchasing team, logistics and maintenance crew. Without these unsung heroes, things wouldn’t hum along the way they do.
We’re incredibly grateful for all the work and support of our team and can’t wait to share more of our journeys with you!
